We were looking to grow our team and knew that we wanted to add in an experienced senior engineer, as well as growing our future talent. We had one apprentice at the time and it had been wonderful to see them grow, but the thought of all the time the paperwork would take, both from a government /levy but also training provider, was making us think twice. We had met Grace and Amy from Future Force, who knew us from the industry and knew that they understood us, our ethos, and the environment we offered all staff and clients.

From spending time with us they created the job description and advert, going out to recruit on our behalf. They sifted through nearly 40 applications and did the first round of interviews for us. With strong candidates, we wanted an assessment day to meet and understand the needs of all candidates, Future Force duly obliged and organised the whole day, from questions to activities, taking into account the assessment criteria we had discussed. Our plan was to only take on one apprentice this year, but the quality of the apprentices was so high we took on two!
