Amy Miles

Co-founder and Director

Hi, I’m Amy!

With my background in leadership, engineering and manufacturing, marine, sheet metal, aerospace, hospitality, and construction, I bring a wealth of experience and practical know-how to everything I do. Having completed two engineering apprenticeships and a distance learning degree in Business Management, I understand first hand what makes an exceptional apprenticeship experince.

I’m passionate about breaking down barriers and helping businesses create opportunities for the next generation of talent.

At Future Force, I bring my hands-on expertise and commitment to empowering growth and inclusion. I truly believe that investing in people today paves the way for a brighter and more innovative tomorrow.

When I'm not helping businesses I'm busy with my two young whirlwind boys, exploring our beautiful Jurassic coast, surfing, camping and being on or in the water.

Grace Benham

Co-founder and Director

Hi, I’m Grace!

With a background in leadership and employee engagement, I’ve worked across retail, engineering, operations, and the charity sector. This mix of experience means I bring a fresh, strategic, and people-focused approach to everything I do.

I’m passionate about helping people and teams reach their full potential by building inclusive, supportive environments. Oh, and I’m also the in-house Executive Coach here at Future Force!

I truly believe that the challenges of tomorrow can be tackled today. The more diverse and inclusive our workforce is, the better and more creative the solutions we’ll find together.

In my downtime I love training and running ultra marathons across the mountains in Europe and at home…(although I hear you ask if that is actual downtime!) To help balance this I teach and practice yoga regularly.
