More often, it’s because they’re caught between college work on one side and the realities of the workplace on the other, with no clear bridge between the two. While national achievement rates have recently improved to 60.5% and dropout rates have fallen to 38.1%, there’s still a long way to go to make sure more apprentices cross the finish line.
